The city is covered and it's gotten very cold all of a sudden (or probably the other way around). I just got my car a week ago, and already had to drive on ice (mostly successfully), drive on snow, scrape it all from the windows, and today - finally - break the accumulation of ice between my window and the door, that prevented the window from rolling down for the past week. It's rolling! I can get entry tickets at parking lots again without having to open the door like a wuss.
I also discovered that there's a rabbit in my yard, roaming free with the squirrels and the snow. I never had a rabbit. Pretty cool.
Tomorrow is my first day of teaching. It still makes no sense to me that anyone would pay money to attend my class. Ha.

How was your first class!?!?!?!?!
I really can't tell. I made them laugh a few times, which is good, but I was also a little more friendly and accessible than I planned. I have the first meeting with my other class on Monday, and I'm going to be a little more hardass with that group than I was yesterday. The Monday group includes a few undergrads too, while the Wednesday group is mostly PhD's.
So we'll have to wait and see. Give me a few weeks.
How's the law firm? Eric?
