Seder 2007

We read, we sang, we ate, we drank. It was a good seder all around (including 3 virgins! I'm so proud to have been somebody's first Seder).

The table

Scooter and Maggie, in fashionable black

Jennie, singing. I was so happy to find - for the first time - an American who knows the Hebrew songs.

Aba and Violet, trying to get over the excessive mentioning of god throughout the night. ("Aren't you supposed to be an atheist anyway?")

Jen and Amy. Amy is rapping the table with her hand to the rhythm of the song while making an expression that communicates something like "I have no idea what's going on, but I'll play along".

Dana and Anna, highly troubled by god's word

Me, MCing

Thank you everybody for making food and helping out.

Tomorrow JC is moving out. And so it goes. I guess it fits with the theme of Seder.
