1. My dear friend and houseguest Anna, in her last evening in Iowa City.
2. Another Anna - a different friend - as she attempts to maneuver around an oversized cicada on my deck. Everybody was jumping around it until Anna I (above) just walked over there and stepped on it.
The camera is on its way to the service center. The rest of the photos from last night are on Emily's camera, so I have no more to share. I have a day and a half of having no houseguests ahead of me, and then my mom and brother are arriving on Sunday. I should tell them to bring a camera!
